The construction of a nine million dollar project was commenced prior to having all of the funding in place and ultimately ended up with financing secured by two different banks.
VCS managed all of the intricacies of satisfying all of the needs of the banks and title companies so we could focus on building the project. Although we were aware of the challenges in dealing with the client's lending institutions we were never impacted with administrative requirements or delays in paying our subcontractors. VCS made the process seamless and effortless which helped us in delivering an award winning project on time and budget for our client!

Edward Homes, Inc. is a Nevada corporation, formed in 1992. We specialize in commercial and residential construction throughout the state of Nevada. Our offices are located in Pahrump, NV. Pahrump is a rapidly-growing community, and we have built and are building many projects here. Voucher control was a new concept to the subcontractors in the Pahrump area - they were not really familiar with construction control or the requirements of the system.

We really love our home in MacDonald Highlands and have included some pictures of the finished product, which you were instrumental in bringing to fruition.
Helen is continuing to paint, as she is expanding her subject matter to include dramatic dance series (currently Tango and Flamingo). She has combined her passion for painting and golf by starting a "Beautify Your Game" line of golf accessories, which have her original art reproduced on ball markers, tee bags, belt buckles and other items (www.sereneartllc.com). Johnny continues in a number of business ventures and attempts to keep up with Helen on the golf course.
Having worked with you and your excellent team at Valley Construction Services as we built three custom homes, we would not consider using any other service. You perform a tremendous amount of detailed work as you review all vouchers, check conformity to contracts and confirm status of construction on a timely basis. You must work with banks, contractors and home owners, each with slightly different objectives, which makes your task challenging. Baker Construction, Inc. is a Nevada-based corporation, licensed in Nevada and California. Baker Construction was incorporated in 1991. We build high-rise buildings, commercial and industrial structures and high-end residential units.
We have utilized the services of all voucher companies in the Las Vegas area.
We became acquainted with VCS in 2003, when they served as our voucher control for a commercial TI project. Our first experience with VCS was very positive. The staff at VCS is well-trained in the voucher statutes, and their accounting skills are second to none. They are very careful with regard to protecting us and our clients.
