 This site contains information regarding Valley Construction Services, Inc. and voucher control services in general. If you are building, you undoubtedly have gotten competitive prices for your construction costs. Similarly, your general contractor will probably obtain at least three bids from the subcontractors for your project in an effort to get the lowest price while maintaining the highest level of quality for your job. We encourage you to employ this method in your selection of a voucher company. If you don't get bids from more than one voucher company, you are likely to spend more for your voucher control services than you should.

About Valley Construction Services...
Valley Construction Services, Inc. was formed by Alan and Jan Maynor in March 1997. VCS currently serves clients in the Las Vegas Valley; we also process projects in all areas of Nevada, Utah, Arizona and California. Our projects range from tenant improvements, commercial buildings, multi-family housing units, tract developments and custom homes to offsite and onsite improvements.
At Valley Construction Services, we believe that excellent customer service is imperative. We listen to our customers. Our goals at VCS are to provide a lien-free project at completion, superior project accounting services and quality inspections. Our accounting staff has over sixty years of construction accounting experience, and our newest disbursement agent has been with us for six years.
We use custom software to process our projects. Our programs have undergone extensive modifications, both through enhancements of existing reports and through creation of new reports to fit the needs of our clients. In an effort to better serve our customers, we have developed vouchers in an Excel format. This new format has dramatically decreased voucher preparation time.

 Alan Maynor, President
Alan Maynor, a forty-four year resident of the Las Vegas area, has been employed in the Title industry since 1971. Alan has worked in escrow, title, marketing and upper management, serving as President of the Las Vegas division of a national Title company for twelve years prior to the formation of VCS.
In addition to Alan's role as President of Valley Construction Services, he is also President of a local Title company. Alan's comprehensive and extensive knowledge of Title, Escrow and Foreclosure statutes and procedures, along with his intuitive marketing skills, make him an asset to Valley Construction Services.

 Jan Maynor, Vice President
Jan Maynor has resided in Las Vegas since 1991. Before Valley Construction Services began operations, she worked as controller for several developers in the Las Vegas area. Jan has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting and has worked in the construction accounting field since 1972. Frequently, change orders and other situations create complex accounting issues for projects. When faced with an accounting challenge, Jan's experience with AIA billings, change orders and general construction enable Valley Construction Services to provide the highest level of accounting services for our clients.
Before moving to Las Vegas, Jan also worked as an in-house programmer for a commercial subcontractor in Ohio. Using those skills in tandem with her accounting expertise, Jan works closely with our independent programmers to continually enhance our custom voucher software.
